On holiday with your children? In the region surrounding La Panacée you will find various theme-parks. A small selection:

Parc Aquatique Quercyland te Souillac–Swimmer’s paradise
We recommend this theme-park if you are looking for aquatic fun for children. Apart from the various pools and waterslides you will find playgrounds with apparatus, miniature golf and miniature karting.

Airparc Perigord  – Survivaltrack
In this airparc it is possible to do a two hour survival track up in the trees of the Dordogne. A wooden bridge takes you across the Dordogne to an island in the middle of the river. On the island three tracks are laid out, one of those especially designed for children (minimum height 1.20 meter)

Jacquou Parc – Carnival, petting zoo and swimming
This theme-park is best described as three parks in one; A children’s farm, a carnival and a water paradise with swimming pool and waterslides.

Prehistologia – Parc prehistorique – Lacave
The largest prehistoric park in Europe. It tells the history of the world from 4,5 billion years ago until Neolithic man. The largest reconstruction to scale of prehistoric animals (dinosaurs, flying reptiles and large mammals) in Europe. You can easily combine this visit with a visit to the grottes de Lacave.
