This four-person room is located on the ground floor of the large barn, directly adjacent to the main house. A private entrance leads to this spacious 40m² family room. It features a sitting area, a sleeping area, and a separate smaller bedroom. The beds measure 90 by 200 cm. The bathroom, with a separate toilet, has a shower and bath. All fixtures and fittings are newly installed.
